Would you like to become a member or renew your component membership? Please download, complete and return to us
(via email (
BAC-AAMT@earthlink.net), snail mail (see address on application) or fax 513.573.0209) the membership form.
You may pay for your membership by having us email you an invoice that can be paid using a credit card, bank check card
or PayPal. Just ask us to invoice you. A $3.00 service fee will be added to the membership fee to cover this payment option.
You may also pay by clicking the appropriate membership fee link below and pay from this website. A $3.00 service
fee will be added to the membership fee for payment using this option.
Please note that our chapter membership runs from January-December each year. Membership paid after October 1 of a year
covers membership for the remaining part of that year and all of the following year (January - December of the following year).
